At Kongs Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or shipment once the inspection is complete.
